Coconut and Chocolate Covered Marshmallows
Melt butter in a pan, stir in cocoa, milk, and sugar. Continue to heat, stirring until contents are melted and mixed well, ( be careful not to let it boil ) and remove from heat. Using a stick, dip marshmallows one at a time an coat well. Can roll in or sprinkle with coconut. They tast great so be careful, we recommend eating only 1 per person to test it's potency.
